Broadcasting Your Team's Pipeline
Tumblr media
Regardless of whether your business provides products or services, finding a way to both evaluate and motivate your sales team can be challenging. Even those who have invested in modern CRM platforms such as Salesforce may still use legacy platforms and processes... by choice or without knowledge of a leading-edge solution which comes standard. If it's the latter, the good news is that making the change to an automated (and much more visually appealing) application is neither complex or time-consuming. In fact, it takes only the will to make the switch and after just days of migrating from classic-to-2.0 you may catch yourself saying 'how did we ever manage this the old way'. Taking Stock Be it a spreadsheet, cheat sheet or baking sheet, if you are consistent in your method when holding your recurring sales team sessions you're well ahead of the game as consistency is half the battle. Where the campaign is lost is in the vanishing hours of productivity during the preparation before your meetups or daily sprints in updating records or replacing last week's charts with the latest report. Though it may take effort in which to manually take stock and assemble your 'analytics', you've tackled the tough part. On the other hand, if your team sessions are in need of organization, initiating and agreeing on a process takes only a few steps and need only be tedious if you choose it to be. Salesforce, for example already has all of the tools you need by taking advantage of Custom Objects, Kanban and Agile/Scrum, allowing you to essentially run your meetings via the browser. Boring Repels Let's assume for the moment that your enterprise is using at least a basic process to run your sales targeting sessions. It might not be visually attractive, but it works. If you are presenting to your sales team audience the information within a tabular or spreadsheet-style, the message will be heard, but could be diluted within the numbers and letters. Worse still, if the source of the information presented in your spreadsheet is from an exported report from your CRM, you are creating more work with a mediocre experience.
Tumblr media
So how do you get some rapid traction? Simple... use the data that you already have from your Opportunities IN Salesforce, not exported FROM Salesforce. You already know the power of reports and dashboards in your CRM... why not give 'em a prominent place at your next team's session? Productivity and Motivation Going further, some internal sales teams have used a 'display all' approach by using a sales Command Center dashboard and showcasing in on a monitor. This not only benefits the management, but also the individual sales hunters who may not always access their own performance metrics (which is as it should be as they are busy focusing on business). By broadcasting your team's goals and achievements, there is full transparency to how the group is performing, be it closed-won business or the month's pipeline. And it does't just need to include Sales, but also Service... basically any data element where you want to track performance, quotas / goals or segmentation of records is tailor-suited for this purpose. Should your team congregate in the same office, highlighting your dashboard on a monitor showcases the team's progress, and can also be a source of motivation. Utilizing this approach, you can also create contests, leaderboards and competitions tied to revenue goals which can be regularly updated on your large-screen monitor. When setting this up, be sure that your source account is always logged-in, which can be accomplished with a regular refresh cadence. This can be done by utilizing a browser extension such as Enhance Salesforce Dashboard which accomplishes this task, while auto-refreshing the dashboard ensuring that your data is regularly updated without the need to log back in each day (or hour). You have spent time and effort in educating your team on the use of Salesforce. Using this alternative in highlighting your analytics' live can give your team a sense of motivation and teamwork with less admin work.

rafe is touched starved... so he fucks you in the backseat of his jeep.
rafe's truck rumbled beneath you as he navigated the roads of obx, his grip on the steering wheel tight and firm. you watched him from the corner of your eye, his rugged profile illuminated by the soft glow of the dashboard lights. he was touched starved, and you found more and more reasons to touch him.
"you alright over there?" rafe asked, his voice gruff and low. you could hear the smile in his words, and it sent a thrill down your spine.
"just enjoying the view," you replied, your hand finding its way to his thigh. his muscles tensed beneath your touch, and he let out a low groan.
"careful," he warned, his eyes never leaving the road. "i'm trying to drive here, sweetheart."
you laughed, your hand inching higher. "i think you can handle it."
rafe's hand found yours, his grip firm as he guided your hand to his crotch. his erection strained against his jeans, and you felt a surge of desire.
"is this what you want?" he asked, his voice rough. you nodded, your breath catching in your throat as you squeezed him through the denim.
without warning, rafe pulled the truck over to the side of the road. he turned to you, his eyes dark with desire. "get in the backseat," he commanded, his voice leaving no room for argument.
you obeyed, scrambling over the center console and into the backseat. rafe followed, his body covering yours as he claimed your mouth in a fierce kiss. his hands roamed your body, fumbling with the buttons of your shirt and jeans until you were naked beneath him.
"fuck," he growled, his eyes raking over your naked body. "you're so goddamn beautiful."
you reached for him, your hands fumbling with his belt buckle as you pulled it loose. he helped you, his movements urgent as he shed his clothes. his cock sprang free, hard and thick, and you licked your lips at the sight of it, your hand stroking his hard length. "fuck, angel," he groaned, his hips thrusting into your palm.
"i need you," rafe said, his voice raw with desire.
he positioned himself between your legs, his cock nudging at your entrance. "you ready for me?" he asked, his eyes meeting yours.
you nodded, your body aching for him. rafe didn't hesitate, thrusting into you with one powerful stroke. you gasped at the sensation,  your back arching off the seat as your body stretched to accommodate him.
"fuck, angel, you feel so damn good," rafe groaned, his hips moving in a steady rhythm. your nails digging into his back as you wrapped your legs around him, pulling him deeper.
the truck rocked with the force of your passion, the windows fogging up as you moved together. rafe's hands found your breasts, his fingers rolling and pinching your nipples. you arched into his touch, your body coiling tighter and tighter.
"i'm close," you panted, your body on the brink. rafe's movements became more urgent, his thrusts deeper and harder.
"come for me, baby," he growled, his hand slipping between your legs to find your clit. he circled it with his thumb, and you exploded around him, your orgasm ripping through you like a wildfire.
rafe followed you over the edge, his body shuddering as he came, filling you with his hot cum. he collapsed on top of you, his breath hot against your neck and his cock still buried deep inside you.
you lay there in the backseat of rafe's truck, your bodies slick with sweat and satisfaction.
"fuck, that was so good," hepanted, his voice raw with emotion. you smiled, your heart swelling with love and desire.
"yeah, it was," you agreed, a lazy smile spreading across your face as you traced circles on his toned chest.
"you know what this means, right?" he asked, a wicked grin spreading across his face. you raised an eyebrow, intrigued.
"what?" you asked, your voice breathless. rafe leaned down, his lips brushing against your ear.
"round two," he chuckled, his hand slipping between your legs once again. you gasped, your body already responding to his touch.

Eddie Munson x reader: they support him as he goes on his first tour & she gets jealous of his girl fans
Thank you for requesting! I hope you enjoy ❤️ ends with some good old fluff of course.
Tumblr media
The van rumbled beneath you as Corroded Coffin’s tour vehicle winds down another lonely stretch of highway. The guys are in the back, swapping riffs and yelling over who gets to control the cassette deck next. Eddie’s laughter rings out, carefree and warm, but you’re sitting shotgun, staring out the window, your thoughts a million miles away.
The tour was supposed to be everything Eddie dreamed of—his big break, the culmination of years spent pouring his soul into music. And you were thrilled for him, genuinely. You’d quit your job and packed your bags to be by his side, to make sure he didn’t lose himself in the chaos of the road.
But no one warned you about the screaming girls.
They swarm at every stop, clutching at Eddie like he’s the second coming of Ozzy. He takes it all in stride, charming smiles and playful winks, basking in the attention without a second thought. You know he loves you, but every autograph he signs, every picture he poses for with an arm slung around some adoring fan, feels like a pinprick to your chest.
“Penny for your thoughts?” Eddie’s voice startles you. He’s climbed into the passenger seat, leaning back with his arms crossed, his usual easy grin replaced with a look of concern. “You’ve been quiet today.”
“I’m fine,” you say too quickly, your gaze fixed on the horizon.
He tilts his head, studying you. “Liar.”
Eddie’s dark eyes linger on you, searching for cracks in your armor. “C’mon princess. Don’t do that thing where you bottle it up until it explodes. Talk to me.”
You shift uncomfortably in your seat, wrapping your arms around yourself. “It’s nothing, Eddie. Really. Just tired from the drive.”
“Right,” he says, drawing out the word skeptically. His fingers drum idly on the dashboard, but his expression remains serious. “Well, when you’re ready to tell me what’s really going on, I’m here.”
You force a small smile, but it feels brittle. “Thanks.”
Eddie watches you for another moment, then sighs and stands. “Alright, Miss ‘I’m Fine.’ But you owe me one later.” He plants a kiss on the crown of your head before retreating to the back of the van, his energy magnetic as always, drawing the guys back into their chaotic jam session.
You let out a slow breath, the tension in your chest refusing to fade. The rest of the drive passes in a blur of laughter and off-key singing from the band, but you barely hear it, too busy wrestling with the ache that’s been gnawing at you since the tour began.
—————————————————————————
The venue is loud, packed with fans pressed shoulder to shoulder, a sea of heads bobbing to the beat of Corroded Coffin’s set. Eddie is electric on stage, commanding the crowd with every growl of his guitar and every howl into the mic. His hair flies as he moves, sweat glistening under the stage lights.
You’re proud of him. God, you’re so proud of him. But standing on the sidelines, you feel like an outsider in his world.
When the band wraps their set, the crowd explodes into cheers, and the guys bask in the adoration as they head backstage. You linger behind, watching as a cluster of girls presses against the barricade, calling Eddie’s name. He’s stopped to sign a few things, that grin of his plastered across his face. One of the girls leans in close, shouting something you can’t make out that makes him laugh.
Your stomach twists. You know it’s nothing—Eddie has never given you a reason to doubt him—but the insecurity and unease claws at you.
“Hey, you coming?” Gareth calls from the side door, snapping you out of your trance.
“Yeah,” you mumble, forcing your legs to move.
————————————-————————————
The backstage room is a frenzy of noise—gear being packed up, beers being cracked open, and the guys reliving their favorite moments from the show. Eddie is the center of it all, animated as he recounts some joke a fan told him.
You sit on the edge of a couch, picking at your fingers, trying to blend into the background. Eddie notices eventually, his grin faltering as his gaze locks onto you. He excuses himself from the group, weaving through the chaos until he’s standing in front of you.
“Hey,” he says softly, crouching to meet your eye level. “You’ve been off all day. What’s going on?”
You shake your head, forcing a smile. “I told you, I’m fine.”
“Bullshit,” he says without hesitation, his brows furrowing. “You’re not fine. You barely said a word during the drive, you didn’t even watch most of the set, and now you’re sitting here like a ghost. Talk to me.”
Your chest tightens. “Eddie, I said I’m fine. Can we just drop it?”
“No, we can’t just drop it!” His voice is sharper than he intended, but he took a deep breath to steady himself and glanced around the area. “Look, I know something’s bothering you, and I can’t fix it if you won’t let me in.”
The frustration and exhaustion bubble up, and before you can stop yourself, the words spill out.
“Fine! You want to know what’s bothering me? It’s those girls, Eds. The ones who throw themselves at you after every show. The ones who look at you like you’re the only person in the world.”
Eddie blinks, taken aback. “Wait, what? You’re jealous?”
You cross your arms, feeling both exposed and defensive. “I’m not jealous. I just… I don’t like the way they act around you, okay? And I don’t like how easy it is for you to smile at them like it’s nothing.”
His expression softens as he stands and takes a step closer. “Angel, you know they don’t mean anything to me.”
“I know that,” you snap, your voice wavering. “But it’s hard to feel like I matter when there’s a line of girls getting your attention, and your winks, and laughs.”
Eddie stares at you, guilt flickering across his face. He opens his mouth to respond but hesitates, as if searching for the right words. “I… I’m sorry… I didn’t realize…”
“Yeah,” you say quietly, your anger fading into a dull ache. “I feel like I’m just here, watching you live your dream while I fade into the background.”
Eddie shifted, sinking down onto the couch beside you, his shoulders slumping. “You’re not in the background,” he says, his voice low and steady. “You’re the reason I’m here. You believed in me when no one else did. Hell, you believed in me when I didn’t.”
You glance at him, tears burning your eyes. “Then why does it feel like I’m competing for your attention?”
He exhales slowly, reaching out to take your hand. “I’m an idiot. I’ve been so caught up in all this—the shows, the fans—that I didn’t stop to think about how it might feel for you. But you’re not competing, okay? You’re the only thing I want in this world and I’d give it all up for you. Nothing even comes close to you.”
You look down at your joined hands, his thumb brushing gently over your knuckles. “I just… I don’t want to lose you, Eddie… but I don’t want to hold you back either.”
“You won’t,” he says firmly, leaning closer. “You couldn’t lose me if you tried. I’m yours, sweetheart. Always. And you’re not holding me back.”
The tension between you eased and Eddie tugged you into his arms, holding you tightly. His embrace is warm and familiar, grounding you in a way nothing else could.
“I’ll do better,” he murmurs against your hair. “I’ll make sure you know how much you mean to me. Starting now.”
You pulled back slightly, looking up at him, a soft smile tugging at your lips. “Yeah? How are you gonna do that?”
He smirks, the mischievous glint in his eye returning. “How about a private serenade? Just you, me, and my guitar?”
You laugh softly, the sound easing the last of the tension in your chest. “That sounds like a good start.”
Eddie grins and presses a lingering kiss to your forehead. “Good. Now let’s get out of here. I think we’ve had enough of this circus for one night.”
With his arm wrapped around you, Eddie leads you out of the noisy backstage area, his presence steady and reassuring. For the first time in days, the knot in your chest began to unwind.
Because as long as you have Eddie, the rest doesn’t matter.

“This could be a trap to get you and Nichole.”
“No, not him.”
“You’re lying to yourself.”
It’s the 2nd episode of season 6. After a seemingly impossible reunion between mother and daughter, this line stings like a slap in the face.
It’s inflammatory. It’s accusatory.
It’s also loaded as fuck.
And it stands on the back of everything the audience has seen and learned.
Holly: The Activist. The Mother.
(In that order.)
In season 2, we get to learn a bit more about Holly. We know she’s a doctor and a feminist. We know it was her connections that help Luke and June nearly escape. Now, though, we get to know what kind of mother she was.
Baggage (2x03) starts with June in the Boston Globe. She’s trying to understand Gilead, how it came to be. She remembers her mom taking her to a Take Back the Night rally and it’s an admission of admiration. For her strength and bravery and passion.
But then it’s followed by her voicing to Nick the shame she feels leaving Hannah behind. He tells her it’ll be better for everyone. (And at this point Serena is reaching her peak cruelty so he might be right.) But June rebuts. “Better never means better for everyone.” Thanks for that one Fred. And all he can do is hold her. Because they both know there is no right answer. There’s just taking the next step forward.
So June spends the rest of her escape trying to find a way to be okay with it by reflecting on her relationship with Holly. Which, evidentially, is a complicated one.
June struggles to meet the expectations of her mother. Holly fails to see the value in her daughter.
It’s not without love, though. And by the end, June recalls a happy memory. Driving with Holly down an open road, bare feet on the dashboard, Gwen Stefani playing in the background. It’s silly and happy and free.
But it does begin a reoccurring pattern for the pair. Because despite the love, they’re at constant odds.
Holly’s unimpressed by June’s publishing job. She disapproves of June’s marriage to Luke. Admonishes her for having Hannah baptized.
And we never really see June defend herself against the criticisms. Not in the kitchen, when she masks her hurt over Holly’s opinions of her job and future marriage. Not in the church, where she chooses to shush her mom rather than state her reasons for doing it.
Holly frames the choices as frivolous and passive.
“It’s time to get out in the street and fight, not play house.”
It’s an unfair assessment that ironically disregards June’s agency. But it’s also not made lightly.
And later, while talking to Moira in the red center, June concedes to Holly.
“You were right,” Moria says.
“So was she,” June admits.
It’s as close to a compromise as these two ever really get. It becomes a spark in June’s transformation.
And by the time she gets to Alaska, June’s no longer the woman she was. She’s not the woman who “played house.” She’s not the woman being led blindly from point A to point G, like in Baggage.
June’s a legend in her own right. She’s saved kids and marthas. She’s survived Serena and Fred; torture and bombs. She’s pissed off Gilead so much so that they’re sending assassins to Canada. And she has, not one, but two commanders in her pocket— Lawrence and Nick.
But Holly doesn’t know any of that. She doesn’t know how her daughter changed.
“You’re not a spy. You’re not a soldier.”
“You don’t really know what I’ve done mom.”
And that’s the moment Holly learns about Nick.
Not “Mom I’ve been psychologically tortured within an inch of my life when they made me and all the other handmaids think we were getting executed.” Not “Mom I was waterboarded.” Not “Mom, I organized getting 80+ kids out.” Not “Mom, I’m the reason those letters made it outand Nick helped.”
Because it’s too late for explanations. Their base dynamic already reared its ugly head:
The critical mother; The daughter who won’t stand up for her choices.
“Drivers are eyes.”
Yes, thanks for that information. This is definitely news. June stays silent.
“And now he’s a commander.”
June is receiving the full weight of what this implies.
“This could he a trap to get you and Nichole.”
That gets a reaction.
“No,” she laughs.
Because the idea of Nick trying to trap them? Insane. Unbelievable. The literal antithesis of everything Nick has done. I don’t even know that Bizarro World!Nick would pull that.
But instead of saying that, she’s bound to the same cyclical pattern she and Holly always end up at.
With a slight change, because this time she reverse Uno cards Holly.
“You have to show up and fight.”
“I was wrong…All you can do is survive and protect the people that you love.”
“All you can do is survive and protect the people that you love.”
Sound familiar?
The fight devolves quickly after that.
You’re fucking a n*zi.
You abandoned me.
Words meant to wound. Statements that beg for context.
Is he a fascist? Or was he just trying to survive and protect the ones he loves?
Did she abandon June? Or did she think she was leading by example?
Questions that ultimately go unanswered even at their resolution. Because June and Holly don’t bend to the other’s perspective. Because Holly doesn’t trust her daughter to make informed decisions. And June doesn’t trust her mother to hear her when she talks.
Instead, they return to territory they’re familiar with.
“No mother is ever completely a child’s idea of what a mother should be. And I suppose it works the other way round as well.” -Baggage, 2x03
Only this time, despite the struggle to accept the other’s POV (old habits die hard), they find common ground in baby Holly’s safety.
And for them, that’s enough.
For now, that’s enough.
“Raise your daughter to be a feminist. She spends all her time needing to be rescued by men.”
It’s worth noting: This is the first time June is ever confronted about Nick.
Luke would rather not bring him up at all, except when necessary for Hannah. Tuello seems to have fairly positive opinions on him, if at least an understanding of the moral ambiguity that goes with the role. And if Moira has reservations we certainly never hear it.
Up until now she’s toed a line with Nick & Luke, letting her geographic location make the choice for her. When she’s in Gileadand no man’s land, she’s with Nick. In Canada, she’s with Luke.
But season 4 ends with a definitive blurring of that line via the location of a literal one: No man’s land. An area that goes on to serve as the back drop for a number of trysts (Fred’s death) and collusions (Noah’s birth).
So, what does that mean for June?
As the series comes to a close, she stands at the precipice of her role as both revolutionary and leader.
And as all of these threads of the story come to a head in New Bethlehem, there’s a glaring problem; a defining choice she has yet to make.
A choice that at first glance appears to be purely romanticnot that there’s anything wrong if it was. A choice rooted in self actualization.
She’s not just picking a partner, she’s choosing the person she wants to be.
Luke & June: A leader. His right hand.
With Luke, she has a tendency to defer to him. To be more passive. It’s a role they’re both used to.
So when they’re reunited, they clash.
And while Luke is more or less who he was, June is far from the woman he knew.
This June is filled with so much unadulterated rage that she is sincerely incapable of containing it.
She’s strategic and fierce, and sometimes cruel. And try as she might to find her way back, Gilead is always there. Taunting her and twisting the knife.
And even when they find new ground, even when Serena gets to Luke and they march off into no man’s land, he’s still trying to lead June.
They dance and sing in the abandoned bowling alley, despite her protest. When they get caught by dollar store Fred, there’s no strategizing how to get out. And rather than listen to June about how to act, he ignores her.
Then when he decides to join Mayday, it’s not hand in hand with June.
“It’s my turn to fight for Hannah.”
Not, let’s do it together. Not, we’re partners in this.
Luke is angry. He intends to be a leader. He intends to be impressive and useful.
It’s admirable.
But he’s as naive as he was the day Zoe stopped him in season 1. And June —the new June— doesn’t soften blows. She tells him he doesn’t know what he’s getting into. Just like Zoe did.
And this dynamic only serves to pull them apart.
Because for June and Luke, the relationship they had has fossilized. Their connecting factor is Hannah. And as important as it is, it can’t save them when they’ve become so different.
If they can’t move forward together, what is it they gain from preservation?
Nick & June: A partnership. A team.
Which brings us to Nick.
The fascist commander of Gilead.
The soldier prodigy who couldn’t keep a job.
The emotional mess who couldn’t get through a temp agency interview without it getting physical but was even tempered enough to be a key player in the destruction of one country and construction of another.
The driver so astute and so important to the cause he wasn’t issued a woman in the three years Gilead existed.
A man so dedicated to Gilead he risked his life to get his girlfriend and baby out (2x) because he knows it’s not a good place?
A man who lives in so much grey you’d think it was a DesiLu production. *cue crickets*
In truth, the fog surrounding Nick is speculation buried in inflammatory language. So, instead we focus on what we know.
Ironically, what we know about Nick can be summed up in a single line spoken by the same woman who called him a n*zi.
“All you can do is survive and protect the people that you love.”
Because that’s what Nick does.
He did it when he fell prey to the Sons of Jacob to support his dad and brother. He did it when he went to Mayday to get June out. Twice.
And not for nothing, but when June showed up at that plane in Baggage, another driver showed up, too. Another driver who was an obvious stand in for Nick. A driver who was shot and dragged out from the plane just before they captured June.
Point to Nick, because he doesn’t just protect the people he loves, he survives while doing it. And June, is the exact same in that regard.
Whatever compromises she has to make, whatever parts of herself she has to sacrifice, is worthwhile if it means getting a step closer to Hannah.
Whatever it takes.
And Nick accepts that. Even if it means trying to free her from Gilead prison. Because his role with her was always clear. He doesn’t lie to her, doesn’t tell her what to do or how to act (except when advising her on how to be safe). He never admonishes her for leaving baby Holly with Emily. And when she pushes back at him at the Boston Globe, he gives her his gun. But he doesn’t stop her.
Because he never stops her.
Because Nick knows exactly who June is. And he may not know what crazy shit she’ll pull next but he knows she will. And he accepts it because he accepts her.
And in exchange, June has offered him purpose. A family. A reason. “More than this bullshit life.” And what a motivator it’s been.
Because as a team, June and Nick strengthen each other. Even apart, their influence is palpable.
It took Tuello 2 minutes in a room with Nick and unconscious June to see it. It took Lawrence even less.
Because together, they’re partners.

DO NOT DISTURB
Tumblr media
Pairing: sylus x mc!reader Words: 1.3k Content/A!N: smut (?), nothing burger—just appeasing the parasites and their whispers, inspired by his Do Not Disturb call, I’m only on affinity 21 pls help❦
You hesitate under your dry refuge, the rain hissing in your ears before dulling to soft, uneven knocks on the car ceiling. Water drips from your hair, tracing cold lines down your neck as you shiver against the seat. The scent of rain and damp fabric invades the air as you tug the clothes clinging to you. The heavy linen drags as you peel it away, smearing dampness across your arms.
The dashboard lights glow softly over Sylus’ face, flickering in his crimson eyes as he glances at you. One hand stays firm on the steering wheel while the other taps lazily against the gear shift. The hum of the engine almost disappears beneath the relentless downpour.
“Isn’t the rain romantic?”
"Sure," he replies, amusement curling his lips. “You have it soaking my car seat.”
You smile, tilting your head. “And if it bothered you?”
His lashes lower slightly, veiling his eyes as he chuckles. Without a word, he reaches toward the backseat. A hoodie lands in your lap—still faintly warm from where it had been resting—his scent lingering in the cotton.
"I'm also sweaty," you warn, fingers toying with the fabric.
Sylus only hums. “It’s fine. You can shower when we’re back on base.”
He shifts gears with ease, the soft click of the transmission barely registering over the sound of the downpour. You press your lips together, mischief brewing, as your hand drifts from his arm to his thigh. The leather of his pants is smooth beneath your fingertips, concealing the firm muscle underneath. You press just enough to get a reaction, watching his expression change.
“Or,” you murmur, “we can make use of the scenery here.”
“Or,” he counters, words dipped in warning, “you can wait until we get home.”
You whine dramatically at his rejection, watching with satisfaction as he rolls his eyes. “And put your seatbelt on,” he scolds, snoozing the car’s persistent notification. Ignoring his command, you lean in further.
“Indulge me” you flirt, tapping his cheek with your finger. “I haven’t seen you in a week.”
“Four days,” he corrects, not missing a beat. His smirk returns, teasing. “Are you choosing to misbehave because you miss me?"
“Can you really make it home?” you pout, wanting another reaction. Sylus rewards you with silence, unamused by your game. Only the steady roll of the car over wet pavement, the wipers sweeping rhythmically across the windshield, and the distant murmur of thunder behind the skyline remain.
Recklessly, you lean over the center console, melodically calling for him as you slip a hand up his leg. A tut escapes him, but his free hand moves, slow and deliberate, to capture your wrist. His grip is firm, lifting your hand from his thigh and toward his lips.
“Behave,” he warns, his breath brushing your knuckles as he smiles. “Or I’ll make sure you regret not waiting until we get home.”
He presses a soft, lingering kiss to your fingers before releasing you, his attention snapping back to the road as if you hadn't just unraveled in the seat beside him. The tension lingers, thick like the mist curling against the windshield. The engine's murmur fills the silence, but the air between you crackles with something unspoken, heady. Outside, the streetlights blur into golden smears against the rain, but inside, the space feels smaller, warmer. You idly gaze at the buildings passing by, your body warmed by your thoughts as you toy with the hem of his sweater.
Even with nothing pressing to fear, Sylus prefers you tucked away, somewhere only he has access. The dim glow of streetlights flickers through the rivulets of water racing down the car windows, casting shifting shadows over his sharp features. There’s something possessive in the way his fingers tighten slightly on the wheel, his crimson gaze flicking toward you as if ensuring you’re still there. He’d much rather have you curled up in the comfort of his home than drenched and teasing him in the confines of his car.
Without warning, the car slows and veers smoothly toward the side of the road. He shifts the car into park, and the mechanical click of the gear shifts unnervingly sharp in the silence. The engine still hums, and for a moment, Sylus remains motionless, rain cascading down the windshield like a curtain between you and the outside world.
"You've gone quiet." he taunts.
"I'm behaving." You reply.
"How boring."
Before you can reply, he moves. In one fluid motion, he unfastens his seatbelt and leans toward you, his presence overwhelming, heat radiating from him despite the chill of your damp clothes. His hand finds your jaw, tilting your face just enough for his breath to ghost over your lips. His scent—leather, rain, something faintly spiced—wraps around you, intoxicating. You look away from his intense gaze, refusing to move as he waits for permission.
A scoff tickles your cheek before his grip shifts, fingers curling at your waist as he drags you effortlessly over the console into a loose embrace. His brow raises as you hesitate, your sudden retreat not going unnoticed. Your pulse quickens as warmth curls low in your stomach. The damp fabric of your clothes clings to your skin, but suddenly, the heat of his touch makes you squirm. You hesitate to meet his heavy gaze as he slips a hand under the dark fabric of his hoodie, tugging at your top.
"Still wet." he whispers. "Want a cold?"
His smirk deepens, slow and knowing, as if he can hear the frantic stammer of your heart. "What, don't want to play anymore?" he coos. "Did I scare you, kitten?"
Heat floods your face, and you part your lips to speak, but no words come out. Sylus doesn’t move right away. Instead, he watches, as if memorizing every detail—the way your breath hitches when his fingers skim along your jaw, the faint shiver that courses through you as he drags his knuckles down your spine. The smirk he wears tells you he knows exactly what he’s doing, exactly how to unravel you.
His fingers slip into your damp hair, threading through the strands. A low hum escapes him, something pleased, something satisfied. He tilts his head slightly, brushing his lips over yours but never quite closing the distance again, savoring the way you chase the touch.
"Come," his voice is tender.
Warmth spreads through your skin as his thumb traces delicate circles along your jaw. The space between you slowly seals, dragging you close in careful increments. His breath tickles your lips, savoring the proximity before fully taking what has already been his for the claim—an unspoken possession in the way he moves against you. His kiss is slow but consuming, unwrapping his patience and restraint.
The pads of his fingers press into the nape of your neck, and his other hand presses firm at the small of your back. You welcome his bitter taste; the remnants of his evening drink slither against your tongue. He smiles as you guide his arm down, stroking your thigh before repositioning and rocking you closer. You return a groan as you brush against his hips, grinding down on the bow perked under his leathers. Hands rush to your sides, kneading at your waist as your breaths mingle.
"Want to come home?" He whispers against your lips before returning, desperate. "I'll drive like this if I have to." You laugh against his kisses. Smiles fade as your hips continue to meet, slow and rhythmic, guided by his firm grip on your torso.
The cold rain outside fades to nothing, drowned out by the heat curling between you. Linkon stretches empty before you, blurred by rivulets of rain racing down the car windows. The quiet city streets offer little more than the occasional passerby braving the storm. Outside, the rain continues to fall, but inside, it’s only the steady rise and fall of your breath against his chest. He could stay like this just for a little longer.

your icons are soooooo so cute honestly!!! i wanted to ask if there's any way you can make a tutorial on how to make them? of course if you want, if you don't want to, that's okay :)
Hi! I really appreciate that you like my icons, thank you so much! 💖💖💖🥹
It's been a long time since I've done a tutorial so I hope I can explain it well haha
So I will explain how i go from the original picture and the final icon below:
Tumblr media
I'm using Adobe Photoshop 2024 but you can use other versions too!
First, I create a 250x250px document and apply a random color fill layer to be the background color of the icon, you can do it by going on Layer > New Layer Fill > Solid color (the color in this moment doesn't matter because I change them later according to the picture I choose to edit).
Then I place the picture I want, adjust the size to make the subject on the center and apply some smart sharpen:
Tumblr media
I apply some adjustments to try to color correct if the original picture using Levels, Selective Color and Color Balance to get something like this:
Tumblr media
If you want to know the exact adjustments settings I used on this picture you can download the psd here.
To remove the background, I do the hack where I go to the Properties panel (Window > Properties) and click on the "Remove background" option. It's not always that I will get a perfect result but I think it makes easier for me to adjust the little details such as hair and accessories, etc. And I do that using the Lasso tool (shortcut L).
Now, with the background removed I pick a color that I think will match the icon in the Color Fill layer that I created before. To make the background more "fun" I like to add a Gradient Fill layer (Layer > New Layer Fill > Gradient) with a color that might go well with the one I picked earlier to make a smooth and light gradient.
My result until now:
Tumblr media
Now it comes the fun: adding textures! I like to add some textures to make the icon more lively and I usually download them on deviantart or on resources websites. You can download some cool textures here, here and here. On this part I really test a lot of textures with different Layer blending. There are a lot of different blending options so you can try as much as you want.
Tumblr media
Other thing I like to do is add a clipping mask above the subject layer when I want to color something specific in my picture such as the hair, the clothes or even applying some "fake" blush on the cheeks. I do this adding a new layer, then using the shortcut option (or alt) + command (or ctrl) + g to make it a clipping mask and then using the Brush layer to color what I want. For the blending mode I usually use Soft Light and sometimes Color if I want the color to really stand out.
And in the end I will have something like this:
Tumblr media
And my layer tab will be like this:
Tumblr media
For using on the dashboard I usually resize it to 100x100 to make it look more sharper and defined but it's really a choice, you can already start making your icon using the size you want, I just prefer doing on 250x250px because i'm used to.
To save it I use the shortcut shift + option (alt) + command (ctrl) + s to save it for web with these settings:
Tumblr media
And that's it! Sorry for not going to deep in each step but I guess you can get the feeling when you try making your own icons! Is really about trying different methods and things until you became satisfied with your result.

Fox is stressed today. You can feel it in how he kisses you, presses your body firm to his until your space is no longer your own. He takes long, deep breaths, taking in your scent until it’s entirely intoxicated in his veins, and you let him, stroking a strand of his curly hair and tucking it behind his ear.
He sucks in air through his teeth, running his mouth over your jaw as you slowly brush his hair away from his face. There’s something so palpable in his actions, yet you can’t help but feel a little small. Easy to be swayed and moved by his every action and command as he pleases or wishes you to be. You like that about him, you’ve come to realize. Though when he’s been pent up, pushed to his limits, and stressed out like this, there’s a new layer of fragility with him. Any touch of yours can instantly send him into an all-consuming state.
You decide to tease him about it. Shallowly running your fingers through his hair again, you nip at his bottom lip and pull him in with your legs, encouraging him to rest his weight on you.
“You seem more sensitive than usual.”
Fox blinks, rather amused by your choice to jest, but decides to ignore it. In this case, that means huffing and kissing you hard and slow again, rocking his hips so his hard, clothed cock runs over your center. You gasp, pleased.
“`Just need you, that’s all, cyare.”
You’re bucking your hips up, gently whining while you try to feel more of him through his blacks. It’s so restricting, too restricting; how has he not been tempted by the heat of unyielding want and stripped down already, taken you hard and rough and fast like he needs?
Steady eyes trace your body, scorching a path for his hands to follow. He takes your hips, pins them to the bed firmly, gazes fixed onto the connection. He slowly undulates forward again, feeling the way you squirm and twitch; no doubt in your panties you’ve begun to clench around nothing.
“If you need me so bad…” You whine, biting your lip as you try to hold back another whine. Another wave of shivers crashes onto you. “...Why don’t you just take those karkin’ blacks off already?”
Fox chuckles but indulges with your request. It’s not long before the undergarments are thrown to the floor and your panties are pulled off, his hands pushing the cups of your bra down to squeeze and tug. Your hands take their own path, grabbing onto his cock and smiling coyly at how it twitches, how he groans softly and pushes his hips in your direction. You rub up and down, once, twice, before running your thumb over the tip. Your other hand holds the back of his hair and you bring him to your face.
He kisses you again with a weak groan. You tug his hair. Another shiver.
Fuck, you like having this much of an effect on him.

From Burnout to Balance: Is Project Resource Planning the Ultimate Solution?
Tumblr media
Burnout is no longer a silent intruder in the workplace, it’s a widespread disruption, silently eroding productivity, morale, and innovation. With increasing pressure to meet deadlines, deliver quality outcomes, and align with dynamic goals, teams often find themselves trapped in chaotic workflows. The divide between what is expected and what is delivered continues to grow. This is where a shift towards project resource planning has emerged as a beacon of stability.
A structured approach to resource distribution isn’t merely about scheduling—it’s about restoring order, clarity, and purpose. It offers a comprehensive overview of skills, schedules, and assigned roles. When implemented effectively, it transforms a fractured process into a seamless operation.
The Root Cause of Burnout Lies in Poor Planning
Workforce exhaustion often results from uneven workloads, poorly defined roles, and misaligned priorities. Without visibility into task ownership and team capacity, employees juggle conflicting objectives, causing fatigue and disengagement. Leadership, in such scenarios, often reacts to symptoms rather than solving the underlying problem.
Tumblr media
A well-devised planning system allows businesses to align their human capital with real-time project needs. It enables early detection of overload, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies. More importantly, it allows for a preventive, not reactive, managerial style.
Clarity Creates Confidence
When people know what they’re doing, why they’re doing it, and how their contributions affect the bigger picture, confidence and accountability naturally increase. Task transparency reduces confusion and eliminates duplicate efforts. A clearly mapped schedule lets employees manage time more effectively, promoting both efficiency and mental well-being.
Resource forecasting through intelligent tools supports realistic deadlines and reduces rushed outputs. Balanced task assignment nurtures sustained momentum and steady performance without burnout. This clarity becomes the silent catalyst behind exceptional team dynamics.
Enhancing Performance with Technology
Technology enables precision. Gone are the days when Excel sheets dictated workforce allocation. Today’s systems offer intelligent dashboards, behaviour analytics, and workload forecasting—all in real-time. Modern tools serve as operational command centers where strategy, execution, and evaluation coexist seamlessly.
Tumblr media
Key Platforms That Reinforce This Shift
EmpMonitor stands out as a workforce intelligence platform that provides real-time employee tracking, productivity breakdowns, and application usage analytics. Its strength lies in mapping behavioural patterns alongside performance. Automated timesheets and screen activity logs, ensure that resource management decisions are data-driven and transparent. EmpMonitor excels in both in-office and remote team settings, offering flexible yet detailed oversight.
Hubstaff contributes to this ecosystem with its GPS-enabled framework, making it well-suited for mobile teams and field-based activities. It tracks time, location, and task completion metrics, allowing for accurate billing and service delivery analysis.
Desk Time focuses on simplicity and intuitive design. It’s suitable for creative and agile teams that prioritize clean time-logging and visual timeline management.
Together, these platforms showcase how digital tools revolutionize resource planning with actionable intelligence and minimal manual effort.
Turning Data into Action
One of the most profound benefits of structured resource planning lies in turning raw data into strategy. By monitoring time investment, engagement trends, and workflow pacing, leaders can adapt schedules, reallocate resources, or restructure priorities before productivity drops.
Tumblr media
More than numbers, it’s about understanding human bandwidth. This employee wellbeing strategy leads to smarter delegation, increased autonomy, and performance-based adjustments—all essential for a healthy work environment.
Building a Culture of Preparedness
Effective planning isn’t just operational—it’s cultural. It breeds discipline, encourages ownership, and ensures employees are equipped to deliver without overstretching. With real-time insights, feedback becomes continuous rather than occasional. It also supports upskilling opportunities by revealing gaps where intervention is required.
By embedding structure into everyday functions, teams become more responsive and less reactive. The culture shifts from chaotic urgency to composed delivery.

Conclusion: The Balance Blueprint
Balance in today’s professional landscape stems not from lowered aspirations, but from strategic and refined execution. Organizations that synchronize effort with available capacity tend to achieve higher productivity and demonstrate greater resilience. With the right structural approach, maintaining equilibrium becomes both attainable and enduring.
The integration of project resource planning allows for thoughtful decision-making that respects both business goals and human limits. It’s not merely a managerial practice—it’s the framework for organizational health. For teams fatigued by inconsistency and overwhelmed by misalignment, this approach marks the transition from burnout to balance.
In a fast-paced world, the organizations that thrive will not be those that push harder, but those that plan smarter—with clarity, control, and compassion.

THE POWERFUL POTENTIAL OF SOUND-SCIENCE OF MANTRAS
Ultra sound are those which cannot be heard by human ears under any circumstances. When very subtle vibrations are imbued with an electric onrush, its power of learn more piercing augments so prolifically that by piercing even the densest material, its’ inner designing can be photographed quite clearly.
After merely chanting ‘start’ or uttering the alphabets, ‘s-t-a-r-t’ a heavy car weighing 200 kilos started revving up. When the next word ‘go’ was uttered by that person what a miracle was seen. Akin to a lord commanding his devote, the car started swiftly running on the road. The car now gained more speed. This car without a driver at the wheel was whizzing past on an open road and at that moment another car was approaching it from the opposite direction. Hence this person seated afar commanded ‘halt’. Thus this car without a driver stopped and halted immediately.
After reading these lines, the reader must have assumed deluded that this was a magic show or an act of sleight of hand. Yet this is just not true. This was a well managed program that was exhibited by 2 youths called Graham and Neil. This feat was performed in Melbourne City of Australia on a road that oozed with many spectators. In order to witness firsthand, how powerful is the sound of words a huge crowd had gathered.
Behind the fact that a lifeless inert car was functioning at the behest and direction of words uttered by a person was at work a scientific law. It was the power of sound that was at work. In the hands of the person exhibiting all this was a small match stick like box called a transistor. The function of this transistor was to send the word (sound) of a well defined frequency uttered by the person directing this car to the control unit below the dashboard of the car via the medium of electrical power. Bang in front of this was another machine called ‘car radio’. When the electromagnetic waves of the words uttered banged against it, all cogs and technical units of the car got activated. Not only the engine but that the horn, lights, wipers etc too started functioning on hearing these uttered words. Although the lay public who witnessed all this were spell bound yet specialists of this technology knew that this is but an onrush of the infinite vault of power of speech.
The power of words/sound while superseding all material forces also possesses the potentials of subtle piercing. It was only after this definite information was unearthed that Indian seer philosophers helped advance the Science of Mantras. By itself anything that we utter affects us and others individually and at the cosmic level too. A small pebble thrown in a big lake can send waves to far off regions. In the same way every word uttered by our mouth creates vibrations in the subtle atoms of space. Due to these vibrations invisible inspirations awaken in people. We do not know from where thoughts enter our brain but Mantra seers know that thoughts emerging in our intellect are certainly no sudden accident but are focused subtle vibrations in layers of energies right since commencement of creation. These bang into the knowledge centers/sheaths of the brain manifest as thoughts. Also our brain is capable of catching and help flowing, a continuous stream of one single class of thoughts. A humungous revolution can be created in the thought realm of the entire cosmos via a stream of one type of thoughts flowing ceaselessly in the psyche. For this it is not a must that these thoughts be uttered via speech and conversations.
